Displace people due to the war and insecurity mostly seek refuge in the bordered countries so did Afghan refugees during last decades. It is more safe and decrease the risk of travelling. For decades Afghans being hosted by Iranian and this cohabitation effects both host and guest communities due to the nature of mass displacement. Apart from international human rights conventions and customary law set during decades there were needed also creation of related rules, regulations, laws domestically, spending billions of dollars on daily life and adoption of infrastructures referring to huge number of Afghans seeking refuge and to address their needs in all aspects possible.
there will be discussing first of all, history of Afghans in Iran context and the reason of them flee and how Iran react to their mass displacement. The issues and challenges that Afghan displaced population are facing and faced for decades with reference to fundamental human rights such as refugee status determination, civil documentation, education and legal residency is another subject. It is worth to mention that the main focus will remain on children and mainly their rights to citizenship, education and civil documentation. The way they are being involved in the society and the challenges they face from different aspects with raising issues related to child labor. The conclusion and recommendation at the end will be provided with regards mostly to the situation of children.
