Riassunto
Synthesis and characterisation of amynocarbyne diiron compounds as potential anticancer agents were carried out. Unprecedented complexes were prepared by optimising the synthesis conditions, and their behaviour in water and cell culture medium was investigated. In addition, a study of the kinetics that govern the decomposition process of such compounds in an aqueous environment was carried out.
