During this internship, at the end of my undergraduate career, I have worked in the frame of the Virtual Reality and Haptic Interfaces.
In particular I have developed the vibrating device for the surgeons’ training. The handle joined to a force feedback robot should reproduce the sensations which resemble as closely as possible to those of the real surgical intervention. The tool that I have developed, in particular, aims to reproduce the vibrations felt by the surgeon during jowl intervention.
