Riassunto
In questa tesi è sono stati caratterizzati due derivati del TPE ed è sono state valutate le proprietà di binding con strutture non canoniche del dna, chiamate g-quadruplex, attraverso titolazioni spettrofotometriche e spettrofluorimetriche, FRET melting e FID (fluorescent intercalator displacement).
In this thesis, two TPE derivatives were characterized and their binding properties with non-canonical DNA structures, called g-quadruplexes, were evaluated through spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric titrations, FRET melting and FID (fluorescent intercalator displacement).
