The thesis deals with the preparation of lung ultrasound clips with the aim of predicting the severity of the effects of new Covid-19 variants, based on spatiotemporal neural network models trained on the first Covid-19 variant. The thesis explores the development of a web service for experts to upload the clips and obtain an evaluation of the scores and aspects of interpretability.
