This master thesis presents a FE model of a reconstructed breast using Senella® scaffold combined with a delayed fat grafting procedure. The aim of the study is to assess the adequate percentage of fat that needs to be present in the area of the regrown tissue after Senella® has been totally reabsorbed in order to obtain a tactile feeling similar to the healthy breast. In addition, an FE model of a representative unit cell for Senella® has been created to see the decrease of the mechanical properties during degradation.
