Within 5G networks, services are imposing stringent requirements in terms of bandwidth and delay. In this context, an SDN monitoring platform is proposed which allows for the orchestration of service chaining paths and the collection of statistics related to the actual status of switches and links in the network. In this thesis, we present a graphical interface for this monitoring platform that is used to display the graphical representation of the SDN network behavior and the actions taken by the orchestrator in order to adapt the installed service chaining paths to the network status in order to respect the SLA constraints. This platform leverages on Grafana, a popular graphical representation tool. The results presented in this thesis show how the SDN orchestrator collects the statistics from the network and how it adapts the installed service chaining paths to the status of the network by redirecting the traffic through unloaded paths in case of congestion events or QoS degradations.
