Riassunto
Since the early 2000’s, there has been considerable growth in 'social networks', platforms on which people connect with others virtually for a variety of reasons (friendship, curiosity, professional collaboration, etc.). The evolution of these technologies and the liberation of speech have made social networks a veritable tool for disseminating information, whether true or false, relevant or irrelevant, funny or sad, etc.
In this study, we will explain the concepts of digital twins and social simulation to show how the combination of these two principles can be a tool at the service of society and, more specifically, the social interactions that govern it.
