The world of logistics and transports has always lived significant changes. This paper will mainly focus on the commercial strategies, managerial tools and tecniques of human resource management, adopted by Fercam S.p.A, a leading company in the transport and logistics industry, to deal with these changes, though keeping its commercial leadership.
First of all, the historical context will be described, then it will be analyzed the company structure and its rank in the Italian, European and international market. Finally, particular attention will be given to the important role of human resources in determining the company business.
