Riassunto
We investigate a new beyond the Standard Model theory (with an unusual interaction term). The model is employed to solve the neutron lifetime anomaly considering a new decay channel, n → χχχ, with interesting implications in cosmology and astrophysics (neutron star physics). In this thesis work we obtain originals results as: new predictions which satisfy recent data from Kamiokande, SNO, Kamland, quantitative results for direct searches of dark matter and some new properties of the dark model related to neutron star and cosmology. These analyses shed more light on the neutron anomaly and we conclude that the n → χχχ decay model is predictive, satisfying the experimental bounds on DM and neutron physics if the number of generation of χ is N > 1.
