Riassunto
In letteratura le esperienze riguardanti la gestione dei neonati prematuri e/o di basso peso alla nascita portatori di cardiopatia congenita sono scarse. L'obiettivo della tesi è stato quello di correlare il livello di prematurità e di basso peso alla nascita con la mortalità e l'outcome degli interventi chirurgici, al fine di migliorare il management di questa eterogenea popolazione.
We have few experience in the literature regarding the management of premature and / or low birth weight infants with congenital heart disease. The objective of the thesis was to correlate the level of prematurity and low birth weight with mortality and the outcome of surgery, in order to improve the management of this heterogeneous population.
