Sommario
L’elaborato di tesi si basa su un progetto sviluppato presso Accenture per un’azienda nel settore Food & Consumer Goods, con l’obiettivo di creare un sistema di reporting su Microsoft Power BI per monitorare i principali KPI aziendali. Il sistema utilizza dashboard interattive per visualizzare il valore attuale dei KPI, i valori di budget, i valori dell’anno precedente e gli scostamenti. Il progetto si è articolato nelle seguenti fasi:
•Avvio e proposta: definizione di obiettivi e ambito d’azione, con un piano dettagliato di lavoro, tempi e costi.
•Pianificazione e allocazione delle risorse: del team Accenture e del team tecnico.
•Esecuzione: sviluppo e configurazione delle dashboard, con incontri periodici di validazione e User Acceptance Test (UAT), e integrazione delle fonti dati aziendali.
•Consegna finale: consegna del report e dei documenti di supporto, tra cui il Business Blueprint (BBP) e il Manuale Utente.
Abstract
The thesis is based on a project developed at Accenture for a company in the Food & Consumer Goods sector, with the goal of creating a reporting system on Microsoft Power BI to monitor key corporate KPIs. The system uses interactive dashboards to display the current KPI values, budget values, prior year values, and variances. The project was structured in the following phases:
•Initiation and Proposal: defining objectives and scope, with a detailed plan of work, timelines, and costs.
•Planning and Resource Allocation: coordination of the Accenture team and the technical team.
•Execution: development and configuration of dashboards, with periodic validation meetings and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as integration of corporate data sources.
•Final Delivery: submission of the report and supporting documents, including the Business Blueprint (BBP) and the User Manual.
