The purpose of this study is to evaluate the restoration of anatomical acetabular offset in a series of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, divided into two groups: the first group receiving surgical treatment with traditional technique, and the second group with robotic assistance using the Stryker MAKO device. This is a retrospective analysis that assesses the outcomes of surgeons with over a decade of experience in traditional hip prosthetics, comparable in terms of quality and results, who have adopted the use of MAKO robotic assistance in recent years.
