Riassunto
During the last decade, privacy and anonymity concerns grew more and more since an high number of applications use individuals sensible data to accomplish their purpose. In the mobile crowd-sensing contexts we deal with people's mobility data which is used to calculate the Points Of Interest (POIs) coverage map and to make some detour proposals to the users. The purpose of this thesis is to prove that the usage of a distributed architecture, in which each user makes its own coverage map, produces similar results to the more classical, privacy unaware, one. Our goal is achieved by using an ad hoc simulator to analyze and evaluate the distributed scenario and then making a comparison with the centralized one.
