Il progetto di ricerca è rivolto allo studio dello sport delle sue relazioni con i movimenti sociali e del suo ruolo nella politica. Si provvederà inizialmente ad una mappatura dei luoghi di sport popolare in tre regioni italiani diverse per tradizioni politiche, culturali e posizione geografica. Dopo questa fase iniziale provvederemo a selezionare alcune di queste realtà per un approfondimento con un’analisi più accurata e varie interviste.
The aim of the project is studying grassroots sport as a form of protest and its link to political participation and social movements. The first part of the project consists of mapping the places where grassroots sport is practised in three Italian regions: different in cultural and political background and geographic position. After this first part we will select some of them for a more comprehensive analysis and in-depth interviews.
