Riassunto
This thesis considers a generalization of Foppl - von Karman model for elastic plate depending on a parameter sigma. We prove global well posedness for the Cauchy problem with small initial data and sigma=1 via Strichartz estimate for vibrating plate and Riesz transform. We generalize this result to a perturbed version of the original case (sigma =2) with the use of Yukawa potential.
