Present work is carried out in H3G.
The main objectives of the undertaken project are:
•The standardization of 3 Global Handset Group process
•UMTS Handset Delivery Process and tool development
The results are:
•The IDEF0 diagram that represents processes of 3 Global Handset Group
•The Delivery Plan tool that allows the planning and reporting of handset test phases
