This thesis presents the design and development of a cloud-based Business Intelligence solution for sales performance analysis. The methodological approach enabled the implementation of an end-to-end data workflow, covering acquisition from source systems, transformation and modeling, and the generation of interactive reports. The architecture integrates AWS services (AppFlow, S3, Glue, Athena, Step Functions), automated through Terraform and CodePipeline, with dbt for semantic modeling and Power BI for data visualization. The solution provides the client with an effective tool to analyze product sales performance, enhancing decision-making and demonstrating the benefits of a modern, cloud-native BI platform.
