Riassunto
This thesis deals with the synthesis, characterization and preliminary tests in asymmetric catalysis of a new monodenaztate phosphites derived from isomannide and isosorbide. Selective derivatisations of isohexide scaffold were performed and the obtained derivatives were used for biphenylphosphites synthesis.These phosphites were characterised by means of Eletronic Circular Dichroism (ECD) and VT-NMR. The complexation of the phosphites to Rh(I) was studied. Finally the phosphites were assayed in Rh-catalysed arylboronic acid addition to electron-poor alkenes.
