Riassunto
Molecular characterization of ACE2, the cell receptor of SARS-CoV-2 using super resolution optical imaging techniques such as STORM and STED. Bioconjugation of IgG secondary antibody donkey anti-rabbit using organic-inorganic dyes (Alexa Fluor, ATTO and Lanthanide). Immunofluorescence of Vero E6 lung cells using different conditions: physiological condition and cholesterol depletion. Data and spatial analysis of images obtained using computational softwares such as Fiji and LAMA. In particular were used ThunderSTORM for reconstruction and filtering of STORM images and MCA/Ripley's K function for spatial and distributional analysis.
