Il seguente elaborato si pone l’obiettivo di analizzare il ruolo della struttura di mercato, e come questa si lega al potere di mercato delle imprese. Si passa in seguito allo studio della struttura del mercato logistico e nautico, cercando, innanzitutto di indagare relativamente alle caratteristiche strutturali di ambo i mercati, per poi passare al confronto dei due comparti.
Infine, l’attenzione si sposta sulle prospettive future dei due settori, attenzionando le sfide che attendono i due mercati, in particolare ai concetti di innovazione tecnologica-digitale e sostenibilità ambientale.
The following paper aims to analyze the role of the market structure, and how this is linked to the market power of companies. We then move on to the study of the structure of the logistics and nautical market, first of all trying to investigate the structural characteristics of both markets, and then moving on to the comparison of the two sectors.
Finally, attention shifts to the future prospects of the two sectors, paying attention to the challenges awaiting the two markets, in particular to the concepts of technological-digital innovation and environmental sustainability.
