Nel primo capitolo verranno illustrati, partendo dalla definizione di crisi ed elencandone le varie tipologie, quali metodologie poter applicare per fronteggiarla e di conseguenza poter invertire la tendenza.
Nel secondo capitolo saranno analizzate le varie strategie di risanamento che possono essere implementate durante un processo di turnaround aziendale.
Nel terzo capitolo è stato fatto un approfondimento sulla situazione attuale del contesto in cui ci troviamo, presentando il mercato di riferimento e il suo sviluppo negli ultimi anni, in relazione agli eventi accaduti.
Infine, nel quarto ed ultimo capitolo verrà presentata un’analisi sull’andamento e su come ha affrontato gli eventi accaduti, che hanno creato situazioni di difficoltà, una società della mia città natale, ma piuttosto conosciuta visti i suoi lavori con i mercati mondiali: Danesi Cargo S.r.l.
La società opera nel settore delle spedizioni, in particolare di quelle marittime, terrestri e aeree.
Verranno confrontati i vari bilanci e indici di redditività inerenti agli anni precedenti, durante e dopo l’avvenire degli eventi straordinari elencati precedentemente per capire se le strategie intraprese dalla azienda stiano portando i risultati previsti.

In the first chapter, starting from the definition of crisis and listing the various types, we will illustrate which methodologies can be applied to deal with it and consequently be able to reverse the trend. In the second chapter, the various recovery strategies that can be implemented during a business turnaround process will be analyzed. In the third chapter, an in-depth analysis was made of the current situation of the context in which we find ourselves, presenting the reference market and its development in recent years, in relation to the events that have occurred. Finally, in the fourth and last chapter we will present an analysis of the trend and how it has dealt with the events that have occurred, which have created difficult situations, a company from my hometown, but quite well known given its work with world markets: Danesi Cargo S.r.l. The company operates in the shipping sector, in particular sea, land and air shipments. The various financial statements and profitability ratios relating to previous years, during and after the occurrence of the extraordinary events listed above will be compared to understand whether the strategies undertaken by the company are bringing the expected results.
