The thesis is focused on improving the measurement of CP-asymmetry in D0->KsKs decays at LHCb, searching for a confirmation of CP violation in the charm sector.
The analysis is based on new data collected by LHCb since 2017, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.7 fb^-1. The main part of the work is based on the development of a new analysis method allowing to extend the analysis to larger samples, with wider detector acceptance and including also secondary decays of bottom hadrons.
