The thesis aims to thoroughly examine the sustainability of agricultural practices adopted by a selected group of dairy farms located in Tuscany. The analysis will focus on various key aspects, including environmental, economic, and social impacts, with particular attention to the ecosystem services provided by these farms and their ability to contribute to the provision of essential public goods for the territory and local communities, utilizing the PG-Tool for assessment.
