Riassunto
This work is about the characterization of the terrestrial macroinvertebrates community in a guano rich cave in Tuscany, Italy. A checklist of all the species observed in the cave has been done, moreover for each species the sequences of COI and 18S have been obtained. A year-long monitoring has been carried out and information on the community has been obtained by calculating a model that has linked alpha diversity and some abiotic variables. Beta diversity, distribution of some species and trophic relationship were also investigated.
