Riassunto
The work aims to define which is the link between Smart Specialisation policies and productivity dynamics. To identify this relationship is necessary to include regional variables of technological dynamics. The results indicate Smart Specialisation is an effective measure of enhancing productivity in the richest regions, while the poorest ones are more driven by general investments.
