This project presents the development of innovative bio-inspired tactile sensors, which exploit the piezoresistive effect for pressure measures.
The approach that has been used in this project is a mixed solution of tactile sensors knowledge with multiphysics analysis, rapid prototyping techniques for fabrication and a new acquisition system called Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT).
