The thesis is performed in the Research Centre Rez (CVR) under the collaboration with National Radiation Protection Institute (SURO). The aim of this thesis is to create a new human machine interface with the Risk Monitor (RM) software for the LVR-15 research reactor situated near Prague. This interface, based on the LVR-15 Probabilistic Safety Assessment model, must calculate the updating risk value (Core Damage Frequency, Large Early Release Frequency) coming from the systems continues change in configuration. Some other features are implemented in the RM interface developed and are described in detail in the thesis.
