Riassunto
This work is part of a research work carried out with Collaborative Research Center SFB/TR10 and has the purpose to provide homogenized material properties for an efficient design process for an HRMMC (Heterogeneous Reinforced Metal Matrix Composite) of 6060 aluminium, reinforced with T302 steel wire.
The major results obtained were the E elastic modulus , the G shear modulus and plots of crack growth behavior. The tests carried out for finding these proprieties were discussed and were compared with other type of tests of the reference literature.
