Lo studio pilota effettuato indaga le implicazioni neuropsichiatriche nelle Malattie Neuromuscolari (Distrofinopatie, Miopatie Congenite, Atrofia Muscolare Spinale, Distrofia Miotonica e Charcot-Marie-Tooth). Il campione preso in esame comprende pazienti in età evolutiva. Le implicazioni neuropsichiatriche sono state indagate attraverso la somministrazione di questionari compilati dai pazienti e dai genitori. I questionari presi in esame sono stati poi confrontati tra loro e con la diagnosi clinica.
The pilot study carried out investigates the neuropsychiatric disorders in Neuromuscular Diseases (Dystrophinopathies, Congenital Myopathies, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Myotonic Dystrophy and Charcot-Marie-Tooth). The sample examined includes patients of developmental age. The neuropsychiatric disorders were investigated through the administration of questionnaires completed by patients and parents. The questionnaires examined were then compared with each other and with the clinical diagnosis.
