The purpose of this thesis is to apply energetic and exergetic parameters to an industrial process and then to study it from a thermoeconomic point of view. In particular it will be analyzed the facility Araklinker that is part of a ceramic industry called Gres Aragon S.A. which is part of the group SAMCA.This group is a family company located in Aragon (Spain) whose activities are focused on the sectors of mining, agriculture, energy, plastics, synthetic fibres and real estate promotion. Overall, it gives employment to approximately 3500 people, with an annual turnover of nearly 850 million euros. It has installations distributed throughout Spain as well as other countries such as France and Italy. After having analysed the industry from an energetic point of view it will be performed an exergy analysis and besides a thermoeconomic one based on the method developed by Prof. Antonio Valero Capedilla and prof. Cesar Torres Quadra.
