This thesis work describes a methodology, structured and systematic, for the critical analysis, design, development of a business plan template with particular attention to mapping and communication of business risk starting from the strategic objectives illustrated in the plan.
The subject of this work has been suggested by the activity of internship performed at Kon S.p.a, a consulting firm specializing in directional support in strategic field of performance management, risk and financial management.
So starting from the business plan drafting activities and the mapping of the processes involved in the enforcement of the Enterprise Risk Management model for enterprise risk management carried out during the internship work, it has created the idea to review and critically analyze activities performed during the drafting of the plan in order to identify those critical factors which become input to service improvement process intended as a business plan output for the client.
