La tesi si concentra sugli strumenti e le metodologie per la simulazione energetica nel campo delle costruzioni. Nella prima parte, viene presentata un'analisi storica sulla nascita dei primi strumenti, con un approfondimento sull'evoluzione fino ai giorni nostri. Viene descritto nel dettaglio il funzionamento di alcuni dei software più noti. La seconda parte è dedicata a un progetto applicativo in cui vengono analizzati tre strumenti specifici: Energy Analysis di Revit, Energy Evaluation di Archicad e Ladybug Tools (Honeybee) per Rhinoceros. Di questi software vengono esaminati il funzionamento e il flusso di lavoro necessario per realizzare simulazioni energetiche. Lo scopo dello studio è confrontare questi software e verificare l'accuratezza dei risultati confrontandoli con dati reali.
The thesis focuses on tools and methodologies for energy simulation in the field of construction. The first part presents a historical analysis of the early tools, exploring their evolution up to the present day. It provides a detailed description of the functionality of some of the most well-known software. The second part is dedicated to a practical project that analyzes three specific tools: Energy Analysis in Revit, Energy Evaluation in Archicad, and Ladybug Tools (Honeybee) for Rhinoceros. The functionality and workflow required to carry out energy simulations with these software tools are examined in detail. The study aims to compare these software tools and verify the accuracy of their results by comparing them with real-world data.
