Riassunto
This thesis work is the result of a 3-month internship with the consulting firm Hrm s.r.l. in Milan, Italy, where I had the opportunity to diligently examine many processes in the area of digital project management, helping the internal team to evaluate possible improvements in project management to date established in H.R.M. and to develop documentation on digital processes tailored to "H.R.M.".
H.R.M. to date uses governance frameworks and templates in all stages of digital projects: from the initial planning to the market release of the project itself. The main objective of this paper is to revise the current H.R.M. templates so as to update their contents, highlight any gaps, and insert new concepts so as to make them more effective as used in cooperative settings with clients. The goal of the project, in particular, was to analyze the structure of a digital project on a theoretical level and then lead to new and innovative ideas that would contribute to the development of them through important collaboration with the internal team for the potential creation of future projects through the development of concepts that can be effectively presented to clients.
