The present work studies the effect of the lateral force acting on the bubbles. In the first part it has been done an investigation on the effect of electric field when the interface of the bubble is modified by the tangential component of gravity force. In the second part the attention goes on the effect of electric field in Micro-G condition and a research has been done on the possible use of the EF force as substitute of gravity force. In the last part it has been done a previous study in flow boiling condition in RUBI set-up both on ground and Micro-G configurations to validate the proposed models. The work was conducted during three years and two parabolic flight, the first one to study the electric field and the second to study the flow boiling on RUBI.
