Riassunto
The present thesis is concerned with the realization and preliminary tests verification of an innovative 98% HTP propulsion system for CubeSats for a project funded by ESA.
The activity is concerned with the design of data acquisition system, the assembly, several preliminary tests at components level and the calibration of the overall test bench.
Specifically, three LabView programs for acquiring data and controlling solenoid valves (both manually and automatically) have been developed.
A procedure followed to realize the assembly of the system and the integration of it with the thrust balance has been developed.
Finally, a calibration of the overall test bench and a preliminary design of an adaptable calibration device have been carried out.
