Riassunto
Isolation of fibroblasts from biopsies of WT and Golden Retriever Muscular Dystrophy (GRMD) dogs, the closest animal model to human Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Lentiviral production using 293 cell to produce vectors containing transcription factor genes involved in heart development, such as GATA4, MEF2C, TBX5 and GFP gene, as cell tracer. Cell infection by lentiviral technology and cellular selection. Molecular analysis by qRT-PCR, FACS, WB and immunofluorescence for cells and tissue sections of hearts injected with iCMs.
