Online Social Networks (OSN) represent one of major application in Internet nowadays. They represent a rich source of information, their study may help in several areas, to better understand complex networks dynamics and also to help in designing DOSN, a recent trend in the OSN development.
Design of DOSN is a complex task, several solutions have been proposed, however the lack of complete datasets to asses them is a big issue: topological, interactions and temporal information are needed.
This thesis work has two aims: first we developed a dedicated tool to build a rich datasets from a real OSN (Facebook), and second we performed a detailed study of the obtained dataset assessing different properties and traits.
