Il presente lavoro di tesi è il risultato di un’esperienza lavorativa svolta presso il Dipartimento Integrated Supply Chain di un Gruppo Aziendale italiano, leader mondiale del settore Luxury Fashion. Il caso studio costituisce un’analisi del cambiamento del contesto di gestione avvenuto a seguito dell’impatto della pandemia Covid-19 sulla Supply Chain aziendale e sul processo di gestione centralizzata dei prodotti continuativi sul canale retail. L’obiettivo del lavoro è analizzare il cambiamento e valutare le condizioni di applicabilità del contesto interno precedentemente a regime, a fronte di una mutazione di quello esterno.
The present thesis work is a result of a work experience carried out at the Integrated Supply Chain Department of an Italian Company Group, a world-wide leader in the Luxury Fashion industry. The case study concerns a changement analysis of the management environment, occurred by the Covid-19 impact both on the company Supply Chain and the centralization process of repeat products on the retail channel. The aim of the work is to analyse the changement and evaluate feasibility conditions of the internal environment which was fully operational, in the face of a changed external one.
