Questo lavoro di tesi vuole affrontare le problematiche legate all'esecuzione -attuazione- delle misure personali che nascono dalle controversie familiari, raffrontandole con quelle che sorgono dall'esecuzione delle misure di tipo economico. Non solo, si premura di confrontare le misure di cui agli artt. 614-bis e 709-ter c.p.c. donando una prospettiva d'insieme sulle differenze che intercorrono tra questi due strumenti esecutivi, il primo di esecuzione indiretta generale ed il secondo specificamente dedicato all'attuazione nei procedimenti di famiglia, comparando le misure attuative dell'ordinamento Italiano e quelle degli altri ordinamenti Europei.
This thesis work aims to address the problems related to the implementation of personal measures that arise from family disputes, comparing them with those that arise from the implementation of economic measures. Not only that, he takes care to compare the measures referred to in articles. 614-bis and 709-ter c.p.c. giving an overall perspective on the differences between these two implementing instruments, the first of general indirect implementation and the second specifically dedicated to implementation in family procedures, comparing the measures implementing the Italian legal system with those of other European legal systems.
