Riassunto
This thesis work is the result of a six-months internship carried out at Fluorsid SpA (Assemini, Cagliari) and Fluorsid Alkeemia SpA (Porto Marghera, Venice), and it deals with the analysis of the Quality Management Systems of the two companies mentioned before with the final aim of comparing, aligning, and improving the system itself. In order to do that, both the maturity level of the Management Systems of both companies (using the assessment tool inside the ISO9004:2018) and the structural aspects have been analyzed. Specifically, similar processes have been compared combining two different languages (IDEF0 and BPMN 2.0). Then, the founded differences have been highlighted, giving possible solutions to the hosting organization to both align and optimize the structure of the systems.
