Riassunto

Wood decaying fungus Phanerocaethe Flavido Alba has been used to produce an enzymatic liquid surnatant extracted from media coltivation.
This was a no purified liquor used us catalyst in low temperature treatment of wood fiber.This treatment was prepared in order to functionalize wood surface to improve adeshion propretiers in composite materials .

In order to achieve grafting reaction of phenolic compounds with Lignin contained in fiber wall , several molecules including Hydroxityramine , L-tyrosine , glycine were examined and their effects onto the fiber were studied.Glycine has been shown to have many ecofriendly characteristics , greatest behavior for process and minor costs.
The liquor containing several extracellular enzymes was extracted from liquid coltivation of fungi and mixed with mediators system to increase activity of ligninlitics Manganese peroxidase and Laccase only . This mixture mediated oxidation and grafting reactions onto the fiber wall .
