Aims: To report the initial results of a prospective study aimed at evaluating the CT perfusion parameter changes (ΔPCTp) of the primary gross nodal metastasis after radiochemotherapy (RCT) in head and neck cancer (HNCs) and to correlate with regional recurrence free-survival.
