This work analyse the conditions of possible existence of a Tiebout equilibrium in Europe. We define this model in Public-good context, defining the condition under which is possible reach the Pareto equilibrium. Then i apply the same model to the tax- competition model and show how works. Analysing data of European states on different variables that represent the public good provision, the tax burden and the earning opportunities, i test if there is Tiebout equilibrium or if those variable influence the residence decision of agents.
