Summary
The project cosists on the validation and refinement of the regulation control system parameters of the water flow, the temperature and the pressure of the steam exiting a monotubular circulation boiler (OTSG), located in a cogeneration plant for offshore installation, with the use of analysis of dynamic simulations of the plant model. Other consequent goals are :understanding of operation and regulation of the cogeneration plant composed of four gas turbines, four boilers (OTSG) and two steam turbines; use of the Transient Group dynamic model for the cogeneration plant; development and analysis of the code for the control of an OTSG, on the MarkVIe (GE Vernova), through the use of the ToolboxST and the Virtual Controller hardware emulator; test report and data post processing, and at the end, use and understanding operation of the HMI (Human Machine Interface).
