Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is associated with an increased risk of developing mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. This single-center cross-sectional study evaluates the potential role of multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) biomarkers in the diagnosis of MALT lymphoma in patients with pSS. Anatomical and functional MRI parameters were analyzed to identify imaging features associated with lymphomatous involvement of the salivary glands. The findings may contribute to improving non-invasive diagnostic assessment and supporting the early detection of lymphoma in this patient population.
