This work examines two papyrus fragments from the Museo Egizio archive (CP103/003 and CP103/004) that contain an abbreviated hieratic version of the Book of the Dead for Amonemope, God's Father of Amon. Unconventionally, the text is inscribed on both sides of the fragments by two different hands. Specifically, Chapters 23-26 have been identified on the recto, while only Chapter 162 appears on the verso. It is likely that an initial vignette and Chapters 27-28 were also included on two potentially missing papyrus sheets. The selection of these chapters, combined with the text's paleography, language, and grammatical features, dates the writing to the Third Intermediate Period, most probably to the XXI-XXII Dynasties.

Questo lavoro esamina due frammenti di papiro dall'archivio del Museo Egizio (CP103/003 e CP103/004) contenenti una forma abbreviata in ieratico del Libro dei Morti per Amonemope, padre divino di Amon. Stranamente, il testo è scritto su entrambe i lati dei frammenti e da due differenti mani. In particolare, sono state identificate le formule 23-26 sul recto, mentre sul verso appare soltanto la formula 162. È verosimile che una vignetta iniziale e le formule 27-28 fossero incluse in due possibili fogli di papiro mancanti. La selezione di queste formule, combinata con la paleografia, il linguaggio e gli aspetti grammaticali, datano la scrittura al Terzo Periodo Intermedio, molto probabilmente alle dinastie XXI-XXII.
