This study aims to investigate significant differences in the systemic expression of specific cytokines, previously identified as substantially altered in local inflammatory processes, between patients suffering from chronic venous ulcer and those with pyoderma gangrenosum.
The ultimate goal of this research is to generate new knowledge, identify predictive markers for lesion progression, and uncover novel insights for both therapeutic strategies and the differential diagnosis between these two distinct pathologies.
