L’obiettivo di questo lavoro di tesi è supportare l’analisi dei processi in ambito portuale, al fine di individuarne le criticità e proporre soluzioni migliorative.
È stata implementata una metodologia basata sulla tecnica del process mining: attraverso l’analisi della base di dati, la raccolta di informazioni tramite interviste e lo studio di un modello preesistente, è stato possibile individuare le principali criticità del database e le relative cause di errore.
La metodologia è stata applicata ad un caso reale: il processo di export del Tuscan Port Community System (TPCS).
Il TPCS è una piattaforma telematica che permette di semplificare lo scambio di informazioni tra i soggetti afferenti alla comunità e le comunicazioni con altri porti.
I risultati ottenuti dallo studio possono essere utilizzati per attuare azioni per il miglioramento delle performance del processo.

The aim of this thesis is to support the analysis of port processes in order to identify the critical waypoints inside the process and to propose improvements. A methodology based on the process mining technique was implemented: through the analysis of the database, interviews and the study of a pre-existing model, it was possible to identify the main criticalities of the database and the related causes of error.
The methodology was applied to a real case: the export process of the Tuscan Port Community System (TPCS).
The TPCS is a telematics platform that simplifies the exchange of information between community stakeholders and communications with other ports.
The results obtained from the study can be used to implement actions to improve the performance of the process.
