The purpose of this dissertation is to demonstrate that quality does not stop only at product quality, but goes further, covering the entire company system, analyzed as a process. In fact, the most advanced companies are equipped with performance measurement tools that, following the well-known wheel of Deming, aim to consolidate significant positions thanks to mechanisms aimed at continuous improvement. This paper will analyze a Tuscan company, which uses a particular performance assessment dashboard with the aim of demonstrating how quality is interrelated and included in financial reporting systems.
